Nichola Cummiskey is a Level 3 personal trainer and YA 400 hour Yoga teacher, Reiki and NLP practitioner, specialising in balance, strength, flexibility and endurance training.

As an official Indo Board trainer and Indo Boards UK Master Indo yoga board trainer she is fully qualified to get you On Board and Indo-it!

As a Stand-up Paddle board instructor Nichola has trained with both BSUPA, British Stand UP Paddle Association and ASI, Academy of Surfing Instructors. With both standards of training under her belt she will have you enjoying the pleasures of SUP in safe hands on both enclosed or open flat water in no time.

Combining Nichola’s passions for the water, yoga and the out doors Nichola specialises naturaly in SUPYoga.
Being a certified ASI SUP Yoga instructor, having trained with the ASI’s Master SUP yoga trainer Charlotte Phio and also having trained with SUPFit as a SUP Yoga instructor, Nichola combines both trainings and adds her own spin to things to keep you enjoying the most peaceful water sport and workout you may ever have experienced.
